These funds support early-stage development costs such as:
Permitting
Engineering
Legal consultation
Municipal approvals
If a Founding Member becomes a Full Founding Partner, this amount is credited toward their full investment.
Please note: Funds are non-refundable if you choose to withdraw from the project.
Founding Members have meaningful input in:
HOA structure and by-laws
Common house elements
Shared space design
Community governance direction

Full Founding Partners are committed to living in Lake Shadows Meadow and becoming members of Lake Shadows Meadow, LLC.
Partner Investment: $200,000+
This investment:
Is applied toward your home building and ownership cost
Funds major infrastructure improvements (utilities, access road upgrades, etc.)
Helps bring the project fully to life
If you joined as a Founding Member, your $25,000 is credited toward this amount.
As infrastructure development begins, Partners will secure their own construction loans for home building.
Full Founding Partners:
Participate in key design and governance decisions
Help shape affordability strategies
Contribute to municipal coordination
Play an active role in stewarding the community forward
This level is for those who want to help build — not just purchase — their home and neighborhood.
Expanding Access to Homeownership
One of our core goals is making homeownership attainable within this community.
If you are excited about Lake Shadows Meadow but have never owned a home — or face financial barriers — we encourage you to connect with us.
There are local and regional programs that may help, including down payment assistance initiatives through El Paso County housing programs.
